You may report a claim 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year as accidents and losses can occur at any time. You can report your claim now using phone, fax or internet.

We will process your claim as soon as we are able and a claims representative will be in touch with you to assist and to explain the procedures.

Reporting a Loss

When reporting a loss, please have the following information available:

  • Date of loss
  • Policy Number
  • Name of Insured
  • Description of what occurred
  • Contact information for insured
  • Names and address of the other parties involved
  • Witnesses to the event

You may wish to report your claim to your insurance agent or broker rather than directly to our office. You are welcome to do either or both.
